How Tinolia deletes your files
We process the file on the server over HTTPS, then delete it within 1 hour. The same numbers appear here and in the product.
Deleted within 1 hour
Original and result are removed at most one hour after processing. A cleanup job also removes failed jobs.

The download screen has a button that erases the job immediately.
No file backup
Job files live on a volume that is not part of the server snapshot.
No account
We do not ask for an email. We do not create an account from your files.
Page views
We use Google Analytics to count visits. It does not receive your photos. IP anonymization is on. Original and result are still deleted within 1 hour.
HTTPS
Upload and download use TLS. We do not claim end-to-end encryption: the server must decode the image to process it.
What we do not say
We do not claim ISO 27001. We do not claim that nobody, including us, can access the file on the machine. We do not look at the content; the file is gone within 1 hour.
