How Tinolia deletes your files
The file travels over HTTPS and is processed on our server. Original and result are deleted automatically after 24 hours.
Deleted automatically after 24 hours
Cloudflare R2 automatically deletes uploaded files and results through a bucket lifecycle rule set to 24 hours. You do not need to request deletion.
Where the file sits
Cloudflare R2 stores uploads and results. Our processing server also holds temporary copies while it reads and converts the files.
No file backup
We do not create backup copies of your uploads or results. Their storage follows the 24-hour expiration policy.
No account
We do not ask for an email. We do not create an account from your files.
Page views
We count visits with Google Analytics, and only after you say yes. It never receives your photos. Say no and no analytics cookie is set.
HTTPS
Upload and download use TLS. We do not claim end-to-end encryption: the server must decode the image to process it.
What we do not say
We do not claim ISO 27001. We do not claim that nobody, including us, can access the file on the machine. We do not look at the content; the file is deleted automatically after 24 hours.
