Drop a PDF. We rasterize every page to JPEG on the server. A scan stays a photo of that page. There is no OCR, so the text is not editable.
WhatsApp, marketplaces, and a lot of portals want a picture, not a PDF. Diagrams and sharp UI belong on PDF to PNG.
How to convert a PDF to JPG
- Drop one PDF, up to 20 MB.
- Keep every page, or set a start and end page. Screen (150 dpi) is the default. Print is 300.
- Convert. One page downloads as a JPEG. Several pages come as a ZIP.
- Delete when you have the files. They are deleted within 1 hour.
What this page will not do
Password-protected PDFs are rejected. We do not unlock files.
Long documents: 40 pages per job. Set a range, convert, then the rest. To put photos into a PDF, use Images to PDF.
Questions
Can I pick pages?
Yes. All pages, or a start and end. Page 3 only is from 3 to 3. Click a page tile when the file is short.
Is the text editable?
No. Each page is a photo. This is not PDF to Word.
Why JPEG instead of PNG?
JPEG is smaller for scans and photos of pages. PNG on PDF to PNG stays sharper for diagrams and UI.
The PDF has a password.
We cannot open it. Remove the password where you created the file.
How many pages?
40 per job. Split a long file into ranges.
How long do you keep the files?
The PDF and the JPEGs are deleted within 1 hour, or immediately if you press delete now.
