'Whole photo' keeps everything. The result may be smaller than the frame. 'Fill the frame' hits the exact size and may crop edges.
How to resize
- Drop photos. The preview is the photo you will get.
- Pick a ready size or type width and height. Lock the ratio unless you want a stretch.
- Check each file you send. The same frame applies; the crop may differ.
- Process on the server, download, delete when you have the files.
Upscaling does not invent detail
Making a 400 px image into 4000 px enlarges pixels. The page says so. For print, start from the largest original you have.
HEIC and AVIF are decoded here and saved as JPEG. Mixed HEIC plus JPEG in one drop is fine.
Questions
Which Instagram size?
Feed square is 1080×1080, portrait 1080×1350, story 1080×1920. Ready sizes are labeled.
Keep aspect ratio?
Yes by default. Unlock only when you really want a different shape.
Can I resize by percent?
50% halves both sides. Useful when you do not care about a named social frame.
Then compress?
Resize first if the form names pixels, then Compress image if it also names bytes.
Can I resize several photos at once?
Same target on every photo, up to 10.
How large can each file be?
20 MB each. Images above 32 megapixels are reduced before encoding.
