Mirror left-right or top-bottom
Flip is a mirror. Horizontal swaps left and right; vertical swaps top and bottom. It is not a 90° turn. For that, use Rotate image.
Phone photos get EXIF orientation written into the pixels first, then the flip you pick. Same flip on every photo in the batch; tap another to preview.
How to flip
- Drop photos and wait for the preview.
- Tap horizontal, vertical, or both. Reset returns to a horizontal flip.
- Process so the pixels are rewritten on the server.
- Download and delete when you have the files.
Mirror vs rotate
A 90° turn changes which edge is up. A flip keeps the edges and mirrors the contents.
Default is horizontal. Turn both flips off and the button stays disabled until you pick one.
Questions
Horizontal or vertical?
Horizontal mirrors left-right, like a bathroom mirror. Vertical mirrors top-bottom.
Need a 90° turn?
Use Rotate image. This page only flips.
Does EXIF run first?
Yes. Orientation is written into the pixels, then your flip.
Can I flip HEIC?
Decoded, flipped, and saved as JPEG.

How large can each file be?
20 MB each. Images above 32 megapixels are reduced before encoding.
Quality loss?
